Anyone here take any kind of weight-loss suplement? They discontinued my favorite pill desu

no. it's probably not good for you

How do you deal with the tiredness that comes with eating at a caloric deficit all the time?

Meds?

eat lots of vegs and not many carbs

Where all gonna make it brahs.

Eat fewer carbs and avoid sugar, especially in the mornings. I've noticed an improvement in energy and satiety since cutting down on them. And I don't even bother with keto.

When I was fat over a year ago, there was a fat discord. Does that still exist?

topamax

you aren't gonna want to eat as much and the weight flies right off

How about you have some self discipline and put the fork down you fat faggot.

I'll try my hand at buying supplies and cooking simple stuff first this weekend. Thank you all! As a side note, was 100kg (220 lbs) a couple months ago now at 76kg (167 lbs) at 172 cm (5'7ish). We're all going to make it.

Go forth kid. Learning to cook is one of the BEST skills to acquire in life.

Confess

It balances out with the tiredness I had after every meal so I'm used to it.

No, YOU confess, father.

WRONG

Don't be taking any meds senpai, your body might be better but your mind will still be fat

Yohimbine HCl stacked with caffeine is pretty good if you can handle it.

Those meds look bad user, get into stims instead.

just coming in here to say that I went from 250 to 175 and ate Subway at least once a week throughout it and am just now learning that white bread is actually their lowest calorie bread and not wheat (400 vs 420). Is it still better to get wheat or something?

Ate shitloads of things today, but I haven't eat like this in weeks, so I guess it's ok. Tomorrow it's a new day and I'll begin strictly as ever again.

sumo you say?

300 lbs, first time at the gym in 4 years. Left dripping in sweat, felt amazing. Got on a bike after SS, rode 3m. Best I've ever felt in my life. I think i'm gonna make it bros

wheat has more calories than white, but has more fiber which cancels some of the carbs.

>rode 3 meters
What's the point?

Getting drunk and eating two slices of bbq deer meatloaf.

You dumb ass that is 3 minutes.

Kill your self fatties. No one loves you.

Thanks for the bump.

I ate some ice cream
I know

sometimes it feels like you're going nowhere until you can actually see it laid out in front of you.

Attached: fat.jpg (941x291, 60K)

nobody loves you and you're not even fat

3 miles is the most i've ever ridden. let me be happy you cunt

Yes watching it slowly go down is great motivation.

I am 6'2 and 252 lbs. I am a fatty still, but I am on the path to a normal weight. I had started a diet in July that doesn't require me to count calories or really keep track of much of anything really. You also don't need to fast. As long as you aren't stupid, the diet is easy. It will take longer than other diets, but it won't make you hate yourself during it and it is fully sustainable for the rest of your life.

First thing you do is cut soda and energy drinks completely (and alcohol, but I don't drink anyway). You will feel withdrawal especially if you drank as much soda as I used to, but you get used to it. Obviously, zero calorie and diet versions aren't allowed either. Next, make sure to cut out sweets and sugary things. Then, stop eating heavily packaged meats like chicken nuggets and such. Make sure to never eat out if you can avoid it. And finally, don't overeat. You can eat until you're full, but many people tend to eat a bit when they are full. And that's really it. No fasting or counting calories required.

An example day for me would be for breakfast to have scrambled eggs with some blueberries on the side. For lunch, have a ham and cheese sandwich with wheat bread, Swiss cheese and some ham from the deli. And for dinner eating something like spaghetti and meatballs. If I need to snack in the day, I can eat a fruit or a vegetable or even something like a granola bar or yogurt. I will usually drink milk or water with my meals.

I give myself two cheat days a month, the 1st and the 15th. You can eat what you like on those days as long as you don't stuff yourself. I weight myself every week to make sure I am still losing weight. And finally I go to the gym three times a week with a pretty easy workout.
That's really it. I very rarely feel craving for the foods I used to eat and I have not cheated once outside of those two set cheat days a month. As I said before, this will take A LONG time, but it is a pretty easy diet.

>20 lbs a month

Attached: arny.gif (300x169, 2.06M)

Yes we will make it

but veggies ARE carbs

true, but veggies from carbs don't bloat you or make you hungry. Except for potatoes.

Is anybody else's fat issues from weed? Like I haven't smoked for 3 weeks and I went down from 92 to 88 without actually changing anything and I want to hit 80 but I'm guessing just not getting the munchies won't help me lose much more weight.

What app is this?

myfatnesspal

enjoy your DOMS breh

Attached: 1504688058483.jpg (300x300, 29K)

You retards better stop going turbo 1000% on the gym after doing nothing. Enjoy your kidney damage

Fucking it up at the bar tonight.

/fat/ please be better
you need to learn what carbs are and how they work

/fat/ please shame me. I was 2 pounds away from my goal weight and now I am 4 pounds heavier than when I started losing. I used to post here everyday about my progress and now I'm worse than when I started.

Just get some self control and start fasting for 24-48 hours. Pills probably break your dick or something anyway

What the fuck bro what happened, how much did you gain back

Finished work yesterday and went to pizza place and ate a entire deep dish large. Felt amazing after and i miss doing it weekly. Down almost 80 pounds and im so close to making it i can taste it.

Attached: 1535650643927.jpg (718x960, 55K)

20 pounds total gained back. I had lost about 40 pounds a few years ago and stalled, then started to lose the last of it until recently.

And I am over POUND SIGN sad.

Attached: Screenshot_2018-09-14-21-35-43-1.png (720x158, 12K)

Couple of months and you will make it. Learn and get back on track

It's hard user, but thank you. Gonna start posting here again to feel accountable again.

>ate a entire deep dish large
how? i just ate half a medium and feel like i might be sick
how the fuck did i used to do that?

Hey /fat/

I'm gonna binge tomorrow. I'm pretty excited. Gonna get a nice big burger and fries, a soft pretzel with aged cheddar cheese, and have like 2-3 slices of pie.

I've gained like 5 lbs in the past couple of weeks since I started lifting and I doubt enough of it is muscle for me to feel good about it. I'm such a weak atrophied piece of shit that I struggle to even OHP the bar.

Attached: 1528770451589.jpg (648x484, 131K)

Best part was i could eat more after. My body feel like a endless pit i can fill with shit. I forgot to say i also fasted for 3 days or something before so i was really fucking hungry.

Try calisthenics and just low weight dumbbells. Its what helped me get back into things

>planning a binge

Attached: 1533500402104.jpg (300x300, 36K)

Sometimes I like to call it a "refeed" day like there is some element of control and planning to it but who the fuck am I kidding.

I'm gonna sin my ass off and aint nothing the father can do about it because he'll forgive me as long as I confess to him. I'm doing good I deserve a little treat. Pic related, probably one of the things that will be entering me tomorrow.

Attached: 454237654876484.jpg (960x960, 148K)

why blow so many calories on fuckin pie, it's so dense

>it's so dense
Precisely the reason why I like them. I like my desserts to be extremely rich or creamy. I like to bite in and have my mouth full of creaminess. That's why I avoid dryer desserts like muffins or cupcakes, because I would ask the same question. Why blow calories on dry ass shit? Go dense or go home. I'm talking ice cream, cake, filled doughnuts.

That's what I've been attempting recently. I noticed my core is extremely weak. Horrible hunched posture, terrible balance, shakiness when putting any weight on my back, etc. My legs are fucking tree trunks though. My balance is so bad that I can't get good squats even though my legs are strong.

What kind of routine would you suggest? I've mostly been doing rows, pushups, planks, and crunches in sort of a scattershot approach to building strength in my torso but I'm a total beginner so I'm probably fucking things up tremendously.

Not sure myself. I don't notice huge difference in how tired I am between high carb and high protein days (there never the same days for me).

Attached: brainlet.jpg (1129x1200, 118K)

I have a problem boys. I LOVE grilled onions. My dinner for the last week has been 12oz chicken, 12oz onion, and 6 oz bell pepper. I found out Olive Oil isn't that scary so I'm using a bit of that too.

But yea. I'm eating almost a pound of grilled onions every day. But hey It lets me eat like a fatass and I'm losing weight so....

Do you have the app so you can follow your progress?

Ficked that up sorry I am drunk and going to be hateing myself for the next couple days.

I have a place called Texas pie company a few miles from me that makes AWSOME pies. If they made dewberry pie I would never make it.

never gonna make it

it hurts, but i don't mind it. it lets me know i'm finally changing my lifestyle for the better. that sounds corny as fuck but i'm still so happy

It finally happened guys. Completely running out of money for food has finally pushed me off my vicious cycle of maintaining weight. All I had today was a cup of coffee. I did have cream in it, but come on, that was literally all I ate, and it was one cup. Of coffee. Not one cup of cream. That would be disgusting. Ate less than 1000 calories yesterday too. Feels good man.

When you literally have no choice but to not eat you suddenly realize how easy it is. I feel great actually, I think I even actually have a clearer head without unnecessary calories slowing me down. Low physical energy maybe but damn I've never been more focused. I got an entire text adventure engine done today. It was a thousand lines of code. Haven't tested much of it yet but it does work so far. github.com/jimccann/cavez

Can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow and fast that day away too when I like what I see. We're all gonna make it lads

ayy a fellow poor programmer fag
reminder to rest of thread that not eating and writing code are both free

I made my best progress when I had no money to spend on food. It became a game where I tried my hardest to reach 1000 calories per day OMAD while keeping under 20g of carbohydrates. Natural peanut butter is a fucking super food I tell ya.

ayyy 2 other broke programmer fags

we're all gonna make it fellas

>didn't lose any weight last weigh-in
>next weigh-in is Tuesday

I'm well-acquainted with the fact that every few weeks or so it stalls, but it doesn't make it any easier.

Three.

I agree. I love looking at my graph. The red line is my 1lb/wk goal.

Attached: weight.png (1173x297, 22K)

you're gonna be so damn fit come christmas. If you iron out those spikes i bet you could do 1.5/2 a week

I'm having the issue of doing OMAD but fitnesspal won't calculate my daily results because the meal I make is about 600 calories but my daily amount it says i should have is about 2000. Should I just be eating more during my one meal? I don't really know to add to it that'll give me enough calories.

ignore my fatnesspal. I use that and cronometer for the micros detail.

I'm satisfied at my current rate. If I tried to go faster I think I'd be miserable and quit. Slow and steady all the way.

If I keep up with my goal I'll be down to 202 by the end of the year, but I think I will take a break from the diet during the holidays, so probably 205ish. I'm not sure I'll be looking fit, but certainly less fat.

>the cravings don't stop

Attached: 1531997984906.jpg (983x758, 98K)

I've never reliably lost weight in my entire life until the last few months so I'm still so clueless. Do macros and micros even matter if I'm just trying to get thin?

they do but it takes months to break those dirty habits

Attached: 1536538538857.png (600x600, 70K)

Well, yes. But if you don't care, why do you care about myfitness pal results? I have been doing around 600 cals a day and never "close" the day. I don't even really know what it does.

I just want to track my weight loss graph but the app won't make it if I'm not "getting enough calories"

Huh? Yes you can. Go to "progress" and it should show.

lose-it lets you, those filthy kikes at mfp will let you track 5000 calories but not sub 1200

Attached: 1536183831810.jpg (942x500, 173K)

I'm probably just retarded

>tfw keto diet
>tfw stuck at between 220 and 226 for the last two weeks

What gives? I am keeping a deficit about 1.5k calories and i am tracking everything with a food scale. Keto strips say I am in ketosis.

Should I go for a jog at 4am or will I get attacked by a pack of niggers

Attached: 523532.jpg (460x397, 36K)

using a lot of cooking oil? or not counting dairy from your coffee?

I'm mad as fuck, I stalled and slowly dropped out of keto, and now I find myself eating carbs more often, and weight went up for the first time. I was legit about to get up and go buy myself something sweet, but decided to visit /fat/ as a last option to stop myself, why the fuck does that sweet shit have to rule over me so much.

Attached: FUCK.png (832x465, 13K)

I'm a woman. Is there any point to lifting when I eat ~1000 calories a day and want to lose fat? Is 1000 enough to recover? Sometimes I eat less than that

Eat at 500 cal deficit, read the sticky, yes you should be lifting
