Similiar thing happened to me except I was the manlet and he was the lanklet. He would always tell me I was squatting wrong and would physically move me into what he thought was the right position. Knee pain got so bad that I stopped going to gym altogether. A few months later I started squatting by myself, just focusing on keeping my back straight and the bar above my heels and I was fine. These trainers with their cereal box diplomas are retarded, they are too dumb to realize that people with different body proportions require different stances on the squat.

Probably starting my lifting with a Westside routine. Those dynamic effort bench presses most likely fucked up my shoulder, and I should have been learning how to lift with controlled form instead.
