Yes, I made my face slightly longer by fixing my overbite by simply forcing my jaw forward to be aligned all the time. Took around 2 months till I did it without thinking, then about 5 months for the jaw pain to subside.

You do know that humans have naturally a slight overbite? You look way better in the before pic. After pic looks just like you're keeping your teeth open and letting your jaw drop as much as it can still keeping the mouth closed and pushing jaw forward to create that 'underbite' look

God no, you don't want a downswung face, you want a tall mandibular body (i.e. tall ramus) and voluminous gonion. A genioplasty can somewhat increase the vertical height of the chin for a more natural look, but if you want height of the entire mandibular body you need a wrap-around custom implant. This is from Eppley's site, he's the most autistic plastic surgeon in the world and unironically at least lurks on lookism.
