Lifting is the timeless, universal way for a man to improve himself. Having muscle will automatically rank you in the top 20% of men. A decent routine takes no more than 1 hour of your time, and it's something you'll be grinding for progress for years & years to come.

East Euro here, everything is pretty cheap. Weights gym costs more than boxing gym.
i.e. While I was in uni in the capital my MMA card was 50lv and the local gym was 60lv, (unlimited plan) so I just came earlier to use the MMA gym weights instead.

Yeah, I get that. I pay 45 american rubles/month for MT classes and 110 bucks for a gym/year. Gym is exception though, as it is a Sokol membership. Usually you pay around 50 bucks per month as well.

Lifting is incredibly boring, I find no enjoyment in it at all.

I hurt my lower back during a tour of duty and Everytime i leave the gym my back hurts pretty fucking bad so I just go to the gym to do legs 2 times a week and run during the winter

Why not do actual physical labor instead? It'll actually make you stronger and it builds character. Also you earn money at the same time.

The point is that spending a significant part of your life trying to get big is inefficient as fuck, if you are doing it for girls. Literally all you have to do is learn how to talk to girls and spike their emotions. You don't have to work out a day in your life, or bust your ass to have a high-paying job, or anything. That's the wrong mindset.
