What are good trainings for people like me who have no money and extremely out of shape. Like I can't do 1 pushup and I only need to jog 2 minutes to be completely dying for air. Where do I start?

Gradually build yourself up. Keep going and eventually you'll be able to do more pushups and job for longer. Pace yourself but be consistent.

Let your disgust fuel your eating habits. I lived with my fat family when I started losing weight and the one thing that kept me going was seeing how they were eating like pigs. After a certain point I stopped considering what they ate food and started treating it like I would their cigarettes or booze.

Bodyweight exercises. There are plenty of ways to make them more manageable when you're severely out of shape. Can't do pushups? Grow a vagina and do wall pushups until you can do enough normal pushups to get progress there.

Good start. Now do something about it.

There's a fat containment thread here all the time. Don't expect sympathy, but support, advice and shaming in equal measure.

Daily walks OVER however much you walk already. Build up by adding ten more minutes a week. Running while really fat and out of shape is a good way to fuck up your knees.
Wall pushups until you can do real ones, air squats, leg lifts or crunches, depending on the geometry of your fatness.

While you're doing that, use a calorie counter app like loseit or my fitness pal. Just track for a few days to get used to it, then set a modest calorie deficit.
