Why do people think this? Student loans are the best loans you can get. Even IF you earn over 25k you only have to pay 10 pound per week. The amount you have to pay is so small it's ridiculous. People that say they don't go to uni because of debt are retards. You basically only have to pay pennies back.
They don't even say this in the UK so again shut the fuck up you retard

lol, in the developed world yeah, but America isn't a developed nation.

in the US at least school loans can be massive. those that earn a decent income and can bring it down relatively quickly dont feel too burdened by it and may not feel as much stress as those who are struggling to find jobs or have low income jobs despite having a degree. im still in school and have no debt thanks to my dad who is a professor at the school but a lot of my older friends are struggling and i can see why they think its shit
Levi Reyes
People just make terrible financial decisions.
New cars that depreciate quickly, payday loans, expensive schools, credit card debt.
There is profit to be made if you are smart. Repo'd cars are sold cheap af at auction, payday loans keep the retards in debt and unable to seek better employment because no emergency fund, community college is cheap and transfer for more years for a decent program at a cheap state school is super affordable, in fact I kept my school loan to pay down a house because 1.5% interest lmao and finally I reap CC rewards all the time and then just pay them off end of month.
Trust me when I say life is better in general because people keep choosing the wrong path.
Benjamin Allen
>high interest >can't discharge through bankruptcy >can easily top 25-50k in the US >can fuck up your credit >makes it hard for you to get loans >make it harder to build wealth through real estate or investments
If you know what you're doing and have a very specific industry and career in mind or can get nepotism'd into a position they're probably fine, but remember the Occupy Wall Street faggots in 2011 who held placards "I'm 110,000 in debt from my degree in history" and that type of shit? There's a lot more of those people out there than you think
David Ross
>"I'm 110,000 in debt from my degree in history" Actually that history degree thing was just the wallstreet types and goverment seeding the crowd with people who are meant to descredit the movement.
Gavin Nelson
Solution: Get 50k job then live with your parents or will many room mates paying everything. Use 30k each year towards the loan. Debt free in 4 years.
Joseph Carter
Student debt is for edgy retards who don't want to live with their parents because "it's not cool" and they fell for the moving out at 16 meme.
Hunter Williams
>Be me >18 years old >Have no marketable skills >Work part time for $8.50 an hour >Go to school using my paycheck, grants and loans. >Graduate with bachelors in accounting >Graduate with maybe 5k in loans >Now make 41.6k per year instead of 8.50 per hour >Loans are paid off
Worked out fine for me
William Ramirez
>Tfw poorfag >Tfw get 6k a semester from fafsa Get fucked wagies
>studying >don't need loan but take around 20k of it >just store it on my savings account >graduate on time >government pays 7k of the loan to bank >pay the rest of the loan right after graduating >make easy 7k Feels good living in a first world country.
>getting yourself into debt for a meme degree They deserve everything they got coming to them >b-but they don't have meme degrees Every college degree in the year 2018 is a meme degree.
Leo Rivera
i agree that the system is shit and im glad you any many others made it out of the system to live a good life but like i said i understand the frustrations of my friends who fell for it because i love them
Brandon Jackson
fuck off already
Zachary Barnes
>25k loans undergrad >decide to go to law school >score 99th percentile on lsat >go to prestigious law school >150k in loans >total debt 175k >get high paying job on graduation >paid off loans aggressively in five years >now make almost 300k annually with no debt
student debt is only bad because people make terrible decisions. Of course taking out 100k in loans for a gender studies degree at a shit school is a bad idea
Parker Hall
Depends on your country. Obviously people who treat it like proper 'debt' in the UK are complete retards
