Icey Barbed Spear was basically a free Arcanite reaper. Same damage, almost identical stats (agility vs crit, and agility gave crit anyway), strength vs AP, 3.6 speed vs 3.8 speed.
Reaper was just an expensive weapon that looked cool. Icey barbed spear into pig hammer was free. 2k crits with execute maybe, not mortal strike.
