the reality pic is like 6'2" vs. 5' or something lol.

guy who made this must be some 5'4 manlet trying to drag the other 99% of the population down

Cursed trips confirm: This is Cope

the silhouette is fucking disgusting. why baggy pants and a baggy shirt

Calm down manlets. OP is asking for advice.

feels p good to see someone using an image I created

that is probably what the difference between 6'2 and 5'10 looks like from down there in reality. manlet perspectives must be a bitch

If it's a brand new lifter, hit SS or GSLP or some shit, typically speaking Bulgarian Light is only recommended after at least 3 years.

I'm sorry,what ?

I edited it to make it more triggering.

that artist reference website's owner has some serious height insecurities if he made 5'10 so close to 6'2

>SS
Why do people who obviously never lifted in their life want to give advice to others?

suck a fuckin dick you heathen, rippegod will lead the world into a new age of enlightenment

This, do PPL.
It's the best routine for natural lifters that have never lifted before and will never lift more than 37kg :^)

I can squat 40 kg and deadlift 55kg so fuck off dyel (do you even lift)

What site is this?

>have a buddy who always strikes out on the ladies
>so aspie at times he can barely hold a conversation
>the boys show him tinder he starts getting messages
>girls ask him his height they immediately cut contact with him

I feel bad for him hes almost 30 lives at home with his parents has a pretty shit job.
