How much do you make from washing windows? Also, how much do you usually set aside for your savings? Do you forgo spending money on anything besides the essentials while you're working?
In a summer of washing windows I can make 20-30k . I put 10k away for the long term, put 12 aside for the year and budget myself 5000 for the months I work. Mostly that's 650 a month for rent 400 for food and then 200 for everything else. Normally I'll have some of my NEET budget roll over at the end of april when I start work again and that goes into longer term savings as well.
This kind of lifestyle means you're always forgoing spending money but I have cheap hobbies so it's all good in the end. I probably wouldn't spend more if I made more anyways.

This is a big one, so is watching stuff online both of which are free. I also like to cook which I do anyways, I work out a fair bit but that's mostly free and I like woodworking which doesn't cost much since I may spend an entire month doing one project and then sell the product for a profit if I'm really lucky.
I also like to read non fic and whatnot so I can feel like I'm not wasting my NEET time and that just requires a library card.

I'm not sure what kind of window washing he's talking about, but if he does the high up stuff they do still have harnesses and all that. A risk is there, but it's extremely unlikely that you'd actually end up seriously injured.
I'd just muckle onto any job I can find, working after summer isn't that bad. My boss likes me so I've got my position pretty much locked down. Before washing windows I worked a normal job and just got as many shifts as I could.

Honestly idk, cant think of why he didnt. Typically it doesnt get dangerous and pays as much as 25 to 30 an hour
That's a pretty good amount for such a simple job. I guess it's because there aren't many people who aren't scared of being that high up.

That's fine, I understood what you meant. I always saw him as being more energetic than Skinner, but having a similar sort of tone. Though he'd draw out a few of his words from time to time (wellllllp, sooooo, that sort of thing) while talking too fast other times.
I can see something like that, but I imagined it higher, personally. It carries a certain weight of authority to it with the way he acts and speaks, but it's not much deeper than average.
