TLDR; increase your testosterone and do bodyweight exercises.
doing weigthed bodyweight. i dont think low test is the problem, im fairly certain i have high test. however when i got a blood test done the doctor did tell me i need to eat more protein.

What is actually really fucking with me is my weight dropped a lot, but then started rising again. I am continuously falling out of my clothes, but my weight keeps climbing slowly and that is incredibly disheartening. I know it's cause I'm going from a fat fuck with no muscle to a sorta fat fuck with no muscle to a sorta fat fuck with some muscle, but I can't fucking stand it. I actually gained 12 pounds between size 38 and size 36.
I haven't weighed myself in years I think it fucks with your head, I don't count calories either I do omad and just try to use common sense, like ok maybe I shouldn't eat this much mashed potatoes

on rest days, I may or may not choose to rest, depending on how I'm feeling. on rest days, I will just do a body part I want to bring up and find a way to superset it with light weight, high reps. I might go in and wanna hit triceps, so I'll do like, 5x15 close grip bench 60-70% supersetted with overhead tricep extensions.

I actually do stuff for neck, but only plate planks because neck extension and flexion is shearing force on vertebrae and I don't want to get neck surgery when im 30. Probably gonna introduce bands as well because it would stimulate hypertrophy but wouldn't snap my neck

honestly, I don't see much progress in your before and after pic. it says 1 month progress. 1 month is nothing dude. I didn't even get noticable newbie gains until like 3 months in. Stick with it, and make sure you're doing squat, bench, rows, deadlift, overhead press.

Went from 90+ kilos at the start of August to current form; still an abomination, I know, but the fact that I was able for the first time in my life to lift a bit and start caring about appearance more is a good enough progress for me.
Gonna keep cutting for as long as I can, and lift a bit more (maybe I'll get to 10kgs dumbbells before the month ends), but the visible progress I made in the first week completely enthralled me.
