Unironically check your test levels. I'm assuming you're in your late teens/early twenties. If that's the case you should be getting natural erections.

i lift 4 times a week and nofap kills my libido even worse than if im regularly fapping so i fap around once a week to my imagination. i thought the consensus was that that was ok

stop fapping and check your T levels
eat more fats. egg yolks, bacon, specifically. stay off the computer 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. run more.

Just an anecdote: I suffered from the same thing about a year ago. I first realized that I was overtraining and tired all the time; my body wasn't focusing on reproducing but rather just staying alive. I switched from going to the gym 5x per week upper/lower split to 3x per week full-body and felt better. Also, I found increasing my fat intake helped as well. Make sure you're taking vitamins to supplement deficiencies you may have.
