I started doing farmers walks for HIIT and I'm convinced it's the holy grail. It works out traps and abs and forearms. Gets heart rate going very high. Easy to do at home. Heard about it from some really top thought leader I can't recall his name right now. Its HIIT and does the slow twitch hard to grow muscles every other day. Perfect. Real intense too

my boxing coach told me to just do interval training by running so that's what I'm gonna do. Besides, I don't own equipment and I wanna do this everyday
So are you walking fast or is it just high weight that makes it hiit?
I don't have weights at home but I've been thinking about doing them every day at home except for deadlift days and doing them light the day before deadlift day.
They're really going to help my grip strength.
However at the gym I use 80-100 lb dumbbells for it. How the fuck am I supposed to use that kind of weight at home? Do I just go lighter for longer? How the hell am I even supposed to get something equivalent to 50 or 60 lb dumbbells?
Weight. 30kg in each hand. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 15 minutes. However I stopped at 8 mins today as out of shape.
Buy metal pipe for two handles and some chain and 4 climbers clips and then some 20kg and 10kg pl8s off Craig's list.

So the best idea I have so far is to get two 7 or 8 gallon water jugs and fill them up. That's around 60-70 pounds.
