Not tryna pile on, but man, genetics and early training history. I'm completely out of shape and could definitely do 5x225 and progress linearly in 10lb jumps until I benched 5x315. Then I'd be "in shape" and go back to biking to work and smoking pot and calling myself Jow Forums
