why does it feel like 90% of autistic science fitness/nutrition stuff doesn't apply?
Stuff like eat every 3 hours, meal timing, autistic macro counting, and etc. Does this stuff only apply to people at the natural limit or competing bodybuilders? Honestly sometimes I cut on like 50g protein a day and like a 1k deficit but I still look good. I've never really noticed "muscle loss" since I began lifting. I mean this could be because i've only been at it for a year and a half, but I still look good. People say if you cut at more than a 500 deficit you lose muscle. If you don't eat at least 200g protein a day you lose muscle, but i've yet to experience this
what do you think? Is it just genetics? Does this really autistic science stuff only apply to people at the natty limit? There are tons of people who look great but don't even know the differences between carbs fats and proteins. Thoughts?

There's really no reason to be computing every factor of training. Our bodies are not machines, everyone will process each aspect of training differently.
However people at the top of their sport will obviously take thing more seriously than someone training to just look better. My hypothesis is that many users here take training more seriously than they need to for the purpose of achieving the perception that they are similar to these athletes at the top. This makes them feel more important and validates their training methodology.
I believe that bringing training to this extreme level is detrimental to helping new users, since they are required to do much more to have the perception they are training effectively. If the community were to lower the bar and convey simplistic advice instead then perhaps more users would stick with their lifestyle changes.
For these reasons I believe that the community should simply tell new users to exercise, eat less to lose weight, eat more to gain weight, and give themselves time to see changes in their bodies. Requiring new users to do many things perfectly in-order to "successfully" train, just raise the amount of people that are ready to quit, when in reality fitness is not that difficult to achieve for most people.
