Had surgery last December.

Getting it was best decision I ever made user. Knew the moment i left the surgery place.
Pain isnt bad at all. Recovery is chill I just took pain pills and watched old sitcoms.

I recommend cleaning your place and getting food for next few weeks and all that sorted before you leave.
Wear the compression vest, dont strain yourself or lift for 6 weeks for best recovery.

Turned out great. It isnt magic, wont give you some sculpted chest automatically. But gyno's all gone and the scars are barely noticeable unless youre up close and already looking for them.

how do you even get started with this? I had puffy nips with hard fat feeling shit even when i was super skinny. have always been super self conscious about it. How much does it cost?

Ive been thinking about raising the point up with my doctor and then telling them how fucked up it makes me feels and maybe then insurance could cover it.

fyi you almost certainly won't be able to get insurance to cover it, that's only really possible if you have fully developed female-looking breasts

You'll know if you have gyno. Like this guy says if it's a hard mass or it feels like a gland behind your nipple, that's gyno. If it feels like fat, it's fat. Surgery should fix puffy nips if you get it.

Just go to a doctor, preferably an male doctor. And just say "I'm looking for help with a something that's causing me a lot of stress. I'd appreciate some sympathy with it." And just tell them. A doctor is the last person to be an asshole about it.

Doc will refer you to a plastic surgeon - but you may wanna choose one for them to refer you to ahead of time.

As far as paying, what I did was found a way that I could pay for it out of super (retirement savings) if two doctors signed off that it was causing me pain (one of them the plastic surgeon).

Protip: Forget tamoxifen/raloxifene if you already have gyno. They only work for prevention, not reversal.
