I fucked up my shoulder a while ago and it's still not better. I tried testing weights on it but even with just the bar it's really uncomfortable. DESU I can't really do any of my compounds due to discomfort or pain.
What exercises can I do on my upper day to replace so that I can still work my body without putting pressure on my shoulder?

I've already been to a doc and they had me do an MRI, which I'm waiting to hear the results on (I'll know monday). Either it'll need surgery or I'll just need to do physical therapy.

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm not obese and I eat to a Jow Forums standard, but I'm not my any means fit. The kegels should fix that on a biological level. I'd say to see a urologist, but if it really does only happen around other people, it's all in your head. Pay active attention to the muscle contractions and relaxations when you piss by yourself so you can consciously recognize what you need to loosen up in public instead of getting in your own head.

if you're really fat I would recommend running, dieting, and losing weight before lifting. Most people here say cut until you see abs. Go for dropping 1.5-2 pounds per week.

Could be viable depends on the classes. If you do a lot of contact sparring that's gonna be rough to recover from with lifting. And some nights MT will really burn out your legs. Wouldn't want to do a volume kicking night and then squat the next day.

Right now my left knee has a mild dull pain from shrimp squats.
I'm a little worried that I've hurt my knee and I can't tell whether or not I should give it time to heal.
On monday I'm going to a gym to workout with a friend (not calisthenics).

Should I avoid squats/deadlifts until my knee stops hurting or is knee pain just to be expected when doing leg exercise?

If I eat at a -20% deficit yet also eat like 60-80% carbs and low fat/protein, I know I will lose weight, but will it actually be fat or will this kind of shit cannibalize muscle and will make me feeling shit?

I used to be 115kg, 175cm at 15 years old, and through eating 1200 cals a day for 6-12 months and 1 hour of cardio a day, every day, I lost weight down to 54kg. Even though I lost all my weight I still looked like shit, and I still had a 'pad' of fat on my midsection.
I'm now 18, and have been lifting for a year and now trying to cut. I've been cutting for -4 months and have lost 3kg, from 68 to 65 kg. Eating 1700cals a day, lifting 4x a week. The cut started well as I was eating 1900 cals and slowly losing weight, but has now stalled at 1700, for around 3-4 weeks.
I have 0 sex drive, and find it hard to maintain an erection. I'm thinking I've caused myself metabolic damage, as I'm finding it hard to lose weight despite eating low cals and tracking cals strictly (weighing everything out, MyFitnessPal). I still have fat around my midsection and on my chest and hips.
How can I bring up my metabolism to where it should be, as an 18 year old, 175cm, 65kg.
Upper back rounding isn't a problem as long as your lats stay tight. It may be that the bar is too low for you to get into a comfortable position, not everyone is built the same way so unless you compete there's nothing wrong with training off blocks for a better starting position. Some people get autistic about everyone deadlifting the same but fuck them, depending on your leverages and training goals you might be better served by deadlifting from a higher point instead of the arbitrarily chosen bar height set by the size of the plates.
For bench you should finish with your hands above your shoulder joint.
You need to start measuring your bf%. How's your diet? Do you get plenty of leafy vegetables and lean meat within your macros? You can lose weight by eating terrible food below your tdee but you can still be unhealthy because you lack essential micronutrients.
Start eating several portions of vegetables a day, broccoli, carrots, green beans. Take a multivitamin.
Buy some cheap bf calipers and measure your bf%, when bulking track weight and make sure you aren't just gaining fat. There's no point bulking if you're lifting like a pussy and not gaining lean mass.

Not fitness related, but I'll ask anyways. I went to an urgent care recently because my hands were itchy and got seen by a qt doctor who looked like she was my age (25). I don't go there often, but the place did tell me to come back in a week again so they can check up on my stuff. Basically, is there any way to ask her out or is it like the gym and I should forget about it? I personally don't think its the place for that but part of me thought she was a little interested in me.
And I don't have a primary care yet because I just left the Navy and I have like no clue on civilian medical stuff until recently so I always went to urgent Care clinic or the campus medical.

Accordimg to what I've heard/read, the professions do like two days on one day off and repeat or workout every other day. Me personally I try to do 3 on one off but otherwise I'd just listen to your body. Track youur numbers too, if you lift significantly higher numbers with an extra rest day in the week,then I would do that because you're probably over training to an extent.
She can do the same shit as you workout programs (real ones, not ones from shit like teen Vogue) won't be affected by gender. Grant it she won't have the same results per say as far as increase in strength but she should be able to start having a much better body. I'd just emphasize that toning isn't a real thing and lifting weights won't make her look like a she man unless she got on some crazy supplements
Im still kinda fat and pudgy, so I want to cut a bit more. My diet is mostly unprocessed foods. I fast for breakfast most days, but if not i'll have a banana. for lunch ill have either rye bread or oats, with some broccoli and some chicken breast. For dinner I'll have salmon or 5% fat ground beef with avocado, and veggies like spinach, bell peppers, onions and carrots. In the evening ill have a bowl of yogurt with some protein powder, and some random fruit and nuts to fill my fats and carbs, like strawberries and some pumpkin seends.
I think I might start another lean bulk as cutting is starting to drag and having 0 libido is fucking awful. I just think I did permanent damage to my metabolism by crash dieting for a while, eating far too little (like 30g protein a day) and doing endless cardio with no weights, when I was younger.

Metabolic damage is rare in people so young, it's worth seeing a doctor if you're worried about it, you might have a problem processing certain essential nutrients.
