Go to your local supermarket and buy 10 food scales. Stack them on top of each other and then weigh yourself.

Don’t bother. A scale can case you to doubt your progress because people tend to weigh themselves everyday and get discouraged when it goes up 5 pounds and assumes that’s fat gain.

Just do right and eyeball your progress.

Walmart.com or amazon has em for no more than 20 usd.

what should i do while i wait for it to arrive? just eat 3000 cals per day?

>people tend to weigh themselves everyday
because this is the only way to do this right

>weight yourself every single day
>get median weight from the week
>compare it with median from last week
>now you know if you gained/lost weight

shit advice

they're like 20 bucks.. yikes

Tell me if the average fatass takes into account water weight and weighing at different times and how it changes the number?

They can’t help but weigh themselves all the time and then get depressed and eat because it went up after they ate a fruit.

go tot he drugstore

why cant they just eat less and hit the treadmill like lmao how is obesity real??

>median weight for the week
>not using a 5 day moving average

Confirmed for not making it

excuses
never gonna make it

it's like 20 bucks bro

No clue bud. Not a physician.
Just know where to cop a cheap bathroom scale.

this is stupid
weight yourself every 2 weeks right after you woke up

Where the fuck do you live? Which place has gums but no place that sells scales?

>weight yourself every 2 weeks right after you woke up
you fucking retard

>what is water retention
>what is glycogen
>what is bodyweight fluctuation

Look into a mirror. If you think you look fat, you almost certainly are.

A basic digital scale is literally $13 on Amazon, stop making excuses fatass

>more data points are stupid

I go to publix they have a people scale there

Buy/rent a small boat.
Stand on the boat and Mark the level to which it is submerged.
Add small rocks in the boat till the same level of submersion.
Buy a food scale and weigh each rock up individually and add all the weights.
(Use different coloured markers/mark different spots to repeat)

Yes, taking more data than necessary and obsessing over that data can be very stupid.

>digital scales are $20
>analog scales are as little as $10 at walmart

what's the problem OP

also you should weigh yourself once a week after you wake up and have a bowel movement.

idk how have you lived the last 20 years without a scale?
