What's wrong with my average mealplan robots? It says my basil metabolic rate is 1400kcal but I've been eating 800-1000 calories per day for a month now and I can't seem to lose any weight. How do I become skelly?

Also some general advice:

- Obviously cut sugar from your diet. Drink water or tea.

- Do not snack. You want your insulin to be low throughout the day so your body can burn your fat. Eat 2 bigger meals a day.

- Go as low carb as possible. That means cut all bread, potatoes, beans etc from your intake. Focus on fats and protein.

- Keep those calories low but dont be afraid to eat more if you feel like absolute shit.

- Try to exercise. Food is a major factor in losing weight but exercising is just as important. The trick is to build big muscles that need much energy even when idle. They will burn your calories instead of your body saving it as fat.

Thank you user. I'm starting to cut carbs out of my diet slowly but surely. I'll only have a piece of toast occasionally like I did yesterday because I didn't want to eat just plain tuna but otherwise I typically eat just eggs, meat and veggies.
Exercise is probably where I'm going wrong since I hardly move throughout the day.

I've always hated soda and never really craved sweets. I would eat copious amounts of bread, rice, pasta, etc. I used to drink milk too but cut that out recently.

I tried that already and gained weight. I need to cut carbs completely. Our bodies weren't meant to eat them our ancestors survived off mostly fish, beat, leaf and root vegetables.

BMR is just an averaged estimate and food calorie labels tend to vary by what's actually inside the wrapper by up to 25%. If you really want to lose weight then stop being a fat disgusting fuck who has to snort pans of grease 24 hours a day and get on snake juice until you're at your goal.

I don't eat out of boredom. I eat because when I don't acid starts to build up in my stomach and causes both heartburn and really intense burning stomach pain. I think I may have an ulcer.

I think you're the one who's confused user. That's just called anorexia. And like I said, if I don't eat for too long I get extreme acid reflux, stomach pain, and eventually I begin to puke up nothing but bile and water. My doctor has specifically told me not to fast because it's causing my esophagus to build up scar tissue.

-Make sure you don't add the right amount of mayo to equal 225 total calories
-toast is 80-110 calories per slice. Don't know what you are putting on it, but 1 tbsp butter would do
-Olives contain 115-145 calories per 100 g
-3 maple leaf hot dogs is about 330 calories
totaling to 885 calories, with nothing on your toast. Add 1tbsp of butter and you have 995

Though I notice you have only 60 g protein. You should have about 0.8g-1 g protein per lb bodyweight. Get some boneless, skinless chicken, or some fish for high protein food.
Also, it's much easier to keep track of this stuff with an app like myfitnesspal. That's what I use

I always add extra calories to the servings so that I don't underestimate. I know it's probably not good practice but it keeps me from overdoing things. There was nothing on the toast. I just ate it with the tuna. The hotdogs were a typo. I only ate 2. I normally have chicken or pork and some veggies but I didn't have time to cook that day.
I don't have a phone so I can't use apps.
