Is that some kind cheap anime rip off of the Hunger Games.

Anyway, Cowboy Bebop was fairly grounded. I don't think Lain was really overpowered. Last Exile comes to mind for some reason, but I have watched that show since I was 14. Stein's Gate thus far doesn't have any overpowered characters (I'm only five episodes in).

What? Baki and his family are overpowered as fuck. I was thinking of writing Hajime No Ippo since every important character is a professional boxer but not crazy overpowered unless it's Ippo.

If you want to watch anime without overpowered characters, watch slice of life animes.

SnK is set on an island, humanity isn't going extinct. Erwin, Sasha, Ymir and Bertholdt die, Armin eats Bert and becomes the Colossal Titan.

The majority of the fans of this series don't read the manga. Anime onlies are everywhere. Also, the Beast Titan is Eren's half-brother.

Look at him, he is trying so hard.

Back to /snk/, shipper.

>neet fembot who ends up in a relationship and who has an entire population of nerds obsessed with her
>not OP

lain
>be literally god
>not overpowered
idk man

That one fucker with the hat in Samurai Champloo was on some bullshit, he was teleporting all over the place like he was experiencing lag spikes, but other than that everyone's normal in that anime. Mostly

I did never say that there are no OP characters at all. Yujiro is overpowered, yes. But the rest is absolutely realistic and believable.

Also it is interesting to watch since most of the styles from the fighters are real fighting styles.

Everybody is the master in their own martial art of choice, almost none of the fighters are normies. They are the best of the best in their respective fields and all easily get demolished by OP Baki, Yujiro and Jack.

I haven't watched it since middle school, but wasn't that just on the internet though? I don't recall the series being very over-the-top.

Turn A Gundam

Main character has most powerful piece of technology in the universe and gets regularly punked by grunt units

Yeah it is as if the series is called "Grappler Baki" and Yujiro is the main villain.

Every main character is kind of OP. Not to mention that Baki gets his teeth kicked in 90% of the time.

>neet
She never was one.

She doesn't end up in a relationship in the anime. I unironically was nervous that it would end with her committing sudoku after being BTFO by life one too many times.
