>Not eating a 4500 calorie bloatmaxx meal in the morning
Never going to make it.

>ate nothing but donuts yesterday and probably again today
oh no

>went to bed at 7am
>laid down and ate 1600 calories and browsed fit
>now in bed at 330am, work at 6
>hungrier than death

Same here... I'm kinda sick with the flu, but i've been working out for 2 years now, with next to no results, even when I try to eat right.

How user?

Not him, but that's like 10 packs of crisps, less so with dips. It's nothing if you're used to consuming garbage.

You've had no results because you haven't eaten right.

>Even when I try

And that is why you fail.

Also what the fuck is wrong with you people. Do you have absolutely no self control? You self create these problems then come bitch about it anonymously online. Sort your shit out

>save all of my 1400 calories for right before I go to bed
>eat a 700 meal
>eat a 600 meal right after
>compulsively look for something that is 100 calories that I can down just to keep me satisfied for 24 hours

I mean, I leave alone and I have to make my own food. When I eat right, I only gain fat, even eating 150g of protein a day. This shit is annoying, but you saying I have no self control when I go to gym 6 days a week made me laugh.

live alone*

When you think you are "eating right" you are still eating too much. Do you measure everything that goes into your body? When you cook, do you count the oil? The vegetables?

Probably ate breakfast, lunch & dinner plus 2 bags of chips and soda to drink

>tfw drinking two bloatmaxx shakes every morning and after a workout with 1000 calories per shake

God bulking is easy

I don't measure food this much, I just try to get the calorie surplus I need, and the protein.

I was doing this by eating chicken breast (for protein) and pasta (for calories) in sufficient amount, but not on every meal, obviously.

>tfw pizza and rum 4 nights in a row

>I don't measure food this much

I suggest you do and stop finding other factors to blame.

Recipe for the shakes? And does gaining mass with shakes actually work?

>I am literally incapable of making a 1,000cal shake
I'm not even that guy but
>whole milk
>oil
>protein powder
>milk chocolate
>oats as thickener
play around with it
