Here. I went incel in real life posting black pill things on my real life social media. I think it scared most of my friends away even since I recently disavowed from the movement.

Looks like I'm going to have to join up some Meetup groups and make new friends.

Started talking more to my family. Turns out they can talk about more than interrogating me about my education if I find a topic. Maybe I'm just lucky to have a great family.

I felt like I had nothing to contribute, so I stopped seeing them. Whenever we met during the day over a coffee, I started feeling sad and worthless, but I was pretending to be normal and fun.
Eventually as times progressed, my brain kept getting worse and I was losing more of my personality. Eventually I just turned my phone off and they stopped messaging me.

I've been home from uni for a few months now and the only times I've left the house is for family social events and my mum making me go into town

All my friends were from school, so when I stopped studying I lost them all.
Last time I was at social event with my friends was in 2014.

i started to realize that no one really cared about me or respected me,i would be ignored taken for granted and i was always the butt of the joke and when i tried to do it back people would act all offended, i stoped talking to them now i only have family and they seem disappointed in me
now i just work, browse and drink

This. I never initiated conversations or suggested hanging out with friends because I have fear of rejection, even with my friends. And half the time people would ask me to come do something, I'd come up with some excuse because I had too much anxiety or I was too tired. Now they just don't invite me anymore.

Well at least when they used to, because now nobody ask me anything only talking to me seems to be a big deal for people

I lost all my friends 10th or 11th grade of high school, I'm about to be 28 now. Never had friends since then. Weird thing was I had a decent number of friends too, I got invited to parties, a lot of people knew who I was. But I became anti social.

Life life, but alone. I've found, but life is pretty difficult without friends. and not just in a "I'm so alone" way, but a lot of life stuff rewards an active social life. Restaurants don't serve singles. You don't get a good price on a lot of stuff. Strangers are more likely to harass you if you're out by yourself. When you're shopping you can only take what you carry. If you're sick or injured you have no one to rely on. You don't have people to help you with errands. Also masturbation can get pretty boring.

This is normal as you age. The amount of people you interact with closely on a day to day basis tends to dwindle.

Then you get into your workplace and everything changes. Especially if you work from home. People get married and move away, you interact with people less and less until it's eventually your wife, kids, maybe some co-workers at the office, and family on holidays.

I work entirely from home in a state where I don't know really anyone. Girlfriend lives with me, works at the same company but is from here and has tons of friends. So I just keep to myself, work my ass off, fuck around online and bust as many nuts as I can in my girlfriend.
