1 plate on the overhead press, 2 plates on the Bench press, 3 plates for squat, and four plates for deadlift

PHAT or PHUL? Are there any good PHAT before and after photos? When do you change weights for the compounds in PHAT?
A plate is 20kg/45lbs, and saying 1 plate means having one plate on each sides
1plate means 60kg/135lbs since the bar also weighs 20kg/45
Those plate counts are on each side of the bar, in case you were one of the people who'd ask that next.

Stop benching 60lbs and go do some push-ups and let people who actually need weight use the fucking equipment. I know this opinion probably makes me an asshole but I need to vent. I'm cool with dyel's l if they're actually dedicated and lifting consistently. What annoys me is when some 17-20 year old 5'6 zoomer ass looking dyel comes in once every few weeks and brings a friend just to be some sort of pseudo trainer to said friend to show off and act like he knows a ton about lifting to the oblivious friend.
there is no definite truth, most people on Jow Forums will tell you that 1/2/3/4 is 5x5, but it's impressive if you can do it 1rep too. It's arbitrary either way I would say that 1/2/3/4 is 1repmax
