I've been lifting for the last 2 years and look like the DYEL faggot in the middle. How the fuck do I get big? Should I start roiding or what? Because I feel like natty lifting is a joke unless you have top tier genetics. Also I'm Korean American so maybe by shit tier Asian genetics are ruining my muscle building potential, idk I'm just at my wits end.

Now granted it’s the stress of working out that triggers the adaptation response within the muscles so that they get the signal to become bigger and stronger. But it’s the food you eat that actually goes towards building muscle tissue.

i have the worst genetics ever, my arms don't grow, i tried doing arms on a separate day, tried with chest+triceps and back+biceps, tried the oposite, tried only weighted compounds and nothing grew them, i also have super wide hips and belly fat that never goes away, my chest and back are really good though
