Honestly biceps shouldn’t be very hard to build. They’re probably the easiest muscle to isolate. Do pull ups, rows, just the simple shit. If you really want to at the end of your workout do db curls. Let your wrists relax at the bottom of the lift to provide the biggest possible stretch. Or do close grip pull up and focus on your biceps.

pullups should be enough for lat development

try 3x8 penis stretches for a bigger schlong but don't expect any miracles, growing your peepee is tough

My tricep is way better than my bi. I dont bench much but if I bench, it would be close grip style.

My favorite tricep exercises are the tricep extension supper-set:
- 6 reps to forehead, 3 deep breaths rest
- 6 reps to neck, 3 deep breaths rest
- 6 reps close grip bench.

I dunno man. My calves are pretty stubborn, but I've heard a combination of seated and standing plantarflexion exercises is probably your best bet.

Jokes aside, my triceps wouldn't grow until I started doing heavy EZ Bar skullcrushers with Jeff "Internally rotate your shoulders, and I'll internally rotate your sphincter" Cavaliere's stretch method. I follow them with standard V Bar pushdowns for the pump. Gotten pretty good progress over the last 3 months where I had almost none for the year preceding.

Weighted dips if you're not a pussy

You need to grow the long head. For me what works best are either lying triceps extensions or overhead triceps extensions. You want to bring your elbow in a position where you get a lot of stretch on that head. Usually throw in some triceps pushdowns too. I used to just work triceps with all sorts of presses and dips, but the mostly make my medial heads grow the most.

I do a ton of overhead cable extensions

Dips (weighted) + a barbell excercise

Dips are fundamental to get bigger triceps. Start doing 8, then 10 and THEN start to put on weight. Keep the range of reps between 6 and 8

And progress adding 1,25 kg every 2 weeks.

Pressing and dips.

Heavy skull crushers and close grip bench.
