How do I speed it up while keeping my natty card brahs
Strictly count calories (e.g: if u use oil, count it), keep at a 500-1000 cal defecit. As long as you're realistic about your BMR (I calculated mine around 1950 for 5'11" 170lbs) you'll lose lots weight quickly. I went from 170 to 160 in a month like that.

Can’t post a picture cause I’m on campus atm but five months ago I weighed 300 lbs and now I’m sitting at 240 I still have a stomach and love handles but they’re slowly going away and my arms are vascular as shit now and my legs are defined as well. I’ve been doing core 4 times a week for the last 4 months as well, and currently I’m on a keto diet and intermittent fasting with a six hour eating window, any advice for speeding up my stomach fat loss or should I just be patient?
Be patient, you can’t target the place where you want to lose fat. Only way to speed fat loss is further increasing caloric deficit.
