People WILL point, stare, and laugh if you're fat, ugly, out of shape, don't have perfect running form, don't have perfect, designer jogging clothes, don't have a perfect hairline, have a single zit, if you aren't already an Olympic runner. It's that simple man, just preparing you.

Enjoy, user. I run on a nice relatively secluded bike path near my local park almost every night after 8pm. Night running is absolutely god tier.

Fatty here, I run and bike. People don't really laugh and point it's really just your imagination. It's uncomfortable and an anxious activity at first. When you do reach the glory lands of Jow Forumsness, you will be laughing at them, brother.

make sure your form is good or you'll develop bad habits and fuck it all up. So many people think you just need to get outside and run and that's it, no, there is much more to it than that. Form is huge when running, think about, every step is a rep and you're doing it for like 20-30 minutes. Use good form or face the consequences

Dieting doesn't take way too fucking long.

Cardio or no cardio, the same principle of caloric deficit applies. Cardio only increases it, so you can eat more/get a larger deficit, while it's good for your cardiovascular health as well obviously.

If you're 110lbs overweight, then I'd wager that running won't be good for you. Let me guess, you're going to find some old shitty sneaker and run on asphalt? Absolutely terrible for your knees/ancles/shins, even for normal weight people. Go for long walks in stead.
