Is it me, or do black people hold fat way better than other races? Most of my black friends weigh more than me but look slimmer and they don't even work out.

Being taller gives you more opportunity to look slimmer and black americans are pretty tall generally. It gets to soread out. But if you consider people of same height and proportions some people of all races just hold their weight better than others.

I am 5’10 240 and theres guys who are 185 who look fatter than me cause my frame just stretches it out and my muscle weighs me down.
