One of my best buddies is an Indian guy (born in America so not the awkward bob vagene kind) who got Jow Forums with me during college. We're both slightly above average looking but I always got more attention from women than him since I'm white and most girls aren't into Indian dudes. This guy is the smartest fucking guy I know and got a full ride to one of the best med schools in the US and is in his second year of his neurosurgery residency.

I hung out with him a few months ago and we went to some bars. I invited some qt girls to have drinks with us and holy fucking shit. When they found out that he was a neurosurgeon (they didn't care that he's just a resident) it's like I stopped existing. He caught on and starting hyping me up in front of them though because he's a bro. Still didn't get laid though.

He's married to his college girlfriend so he didn't actually try hitting on the women but damn if he was single he would be getting laid left and right.
