Have you hit the natty limit? And if so, how long did it take you?

Have you hit the natty limit? And if so, how long did it take you?

How satisfied are/were you with it?

>implying the jersey juice boy is natty

David Laid is proof all you need is a home gym and a good diet to be aesthetic as fuck.

Fuck your machines and cables, bitch boys

>not going to the gym for new chances at breaking social boundaries, meeting new people, and slaying stacys and beckys at the same time.

>socialising at the gym
Yikes

Yeah Nah.

Anyone who is serious about their lifting don't want people coming up to them trying to socialize, the gym is their time for themselves, not for you to gain social experience points, you autistic nigger.

sorry girls come up to me and want to talk to me

I thought I reached one when I didn't make any gains for like a year. (had been lifting for 5 years). Turns out it was just a plateau.
I stopped working out for a 6 months (got bored of nogainz) and then worked my way back up to my plateau, and then I went a level further beyond that. All I needed was a break and to eat more.

I hit the natty limit quickly after 2-3 years,
I barely changed honestly, the limit comes down to that there is not enough time to train, rest and eat enough, roids or forever DYEL mode

based

>all you need is a home gym and a good diet to be aesthetic as fuck.
this is definitely true, but from what I've seen most people need to go to the gym for the psychological effect. they like being part of a collective that trains with them, they feel like they are doing something really important and get motivation from it. if you are a disciplined person that is good at motivating himself you can become as aesthetic as your genes allow with just a pair of dumbbells at home (and lots of weights obviously).

no u did not. Natty limit takes 15-20 years. you are just a retard bitch

*hit a plateau after 2-3 years and gave up

That happens to everyone

After 3 years you won’t see much changes as you have gained most of the muscle mass you will gain naturally. At that point cutting down and staying lean is all that’s possible for improving your look.

The other 2 options are steroids or quitting.

Most people quit at the 2-3 year mark for the very reason that it’s hard as fuck to see much of a difference after that. You no longer have that consistent body transforming thing that happens by default in the first 2 years.

I believe I've hit my limit yeah. I'm 6ft 210lbs at 10%bf.

I maintain this relatively easily. And by easily I mean basically never missing a meal or workout, which I find pretty easy.

I could weigh more, but I'd get fatter. I could probably drop some more bodyfat, but I'd sacrifice strength. So I'm OK where I am. I believe I could improve further if I made it my career and so could dedicate all my time to it, but it would be minimal.

I've been exercising on and off since I was about 14 (I'm 31). Then about 8 years ago I got a bit more serious but was home gym masterace and my diet wasn't as good. In the last 4 years or so I've sorted out my diet and in the last 2 years I started going to an actual gym.

Since going to a gym my strength has improved as I can actually do deadlifts and squats properly now, but my weight and bodyfat have basically remained the same.

So basically I'd say I set a good foundation by exercising when I was young, gradually improved my training and diet to get roughly where I am in about 6 years as I got a bit more serious with it, and then maintained that for the last 2 years while increasing strength.

Also why I have Ronnie Coleman as my name I've no idea, but I guess it's staying.

You can hit 90% the natty limit after 3 years of consistent training on a 3 fully body or UL system

Yes, I hit the natty limit for my age and genetics. It took 8 months of lifting with roids.
