Get her a rower. My wife is an absolute retard in the gym but I’ve taught how to row properly and she likes being able to outrow all the other chicks so she’ll do that happily while I lift.

Also - she broke her arm when she was younger and they didn’t set it properly so they had to reset it and it’s kinda fucked up at the elbow. As a result she can’t really do push ups, and I’m imagining it will mess will any kind of press movement she tries.
