just hop on fin. stem cell hair recovery might be available in 2020, the before/after images are pretty uplifting

I’m not fucking with my endocrine system

Eh, it might help it just a little bit.

>started lifting weights

At some point why not just say fuck it and shave completely bald all around?

Stop taking creatine

it's probably just my genes, everyone went bald in my family

Balding is only a problem if you have a mouthbreather face ( AKA underdeveloped jaw and recessed vertical maxilla )
Otherwise it literally isn't an issue.

That guy has a shitty chin with surgery tho
I'm talking proper healthy facial development

If this guy isn’t attractive enough to pull off the bald look then 99.9% of men are absolutely FUCKED

No, but being buff and bald is infinitely better than looking like a pencil necked soiboi bald dweeb

So if you admit he's attractive, you're just confirming my point. Why did you reply with "cope" with an image that confirms what I'm saying you underage newfag idiot?

Good to know you're not an idiot. Now take your temperature and check if it's under 98.6f/37c.
Hypothyroidism is THE leading cause of baldness, Low T, and every other of Jow Forums's ills.
Chances are, a few months of supplementing T3 (Cytomel) will recover your hair, provided your scalp hasn't calcified.
If it has, then you've likely got estrogen issues.

Temperature is normal. If anything a bit high. Hyperthyroidism also causes baldness iirc

Mine is normally 96.8-97.3

Why have my doctors not been alarmed by this all my life? I am a bald fag now.

You'll be okay kid

Interesting. Good idea to take it throughout the day. Should be lower in the morning and higher in the evening.

Doctors are dumb at best, bad-intentioned pharma peddlers at worst. Most believe cholesterol and sodium are bad, lol.
I would strongly recommend getting on a T3 cycle, or if you want to take a more "legit" approach, go through your doctor and (hopefully) get some sort of T4+T3 combo. They likely won't give you the most effective medication (straight T3) because they are doctors.
Also, look into your hormones. Likely you have too much estrogen. Topical progesterone on your scalp will help.
And lastly, look into red light therapy for your scalp. Functionally the same as rogaine, without the downsides.

Because he espouses Ray Peats garbage without any citations.

lol just stop being bald XD

Great contribution

thank you

Are you water fasting OP?
