Not hard at all for me to maintain this weight. If I ate how I wanted to I'd probably be around 220 lol
Ideal weight is however much I weigh when I am at 8-10% bf. The plan is to cut to single digits and then slow bulk if possible

Pic from 3 months back. Since then gained little mass and then started doing 16:8 IF for a month-month and a half now. I was somewhat skinny fat doing 7 months of manual labor now. Cant wait to go back home in few weeks and start lifting heavy. I would guess pic is around 20% bf and currently around 15 I think. I think I've made progress since my skinnyfat days and look okish or is it all delusion?

I cut for five months and was only able to shed 10lbs of fat. I lost a ridiculous amount of strength in the process. I’m bulking now at about a 200cal surplus to try again. Every fiber in my being tells me that there has to be a quicker way to shed the last 10 or so lbs of fat in the stubborn areas. I’m not “dedicated” enough to try Tren.

Same here man. I'm not certain, it's just broscience, but I think if you are at a calorie deficit for a long period of time, your metabolism starts to slow down to more so align with your new calorie intake. I think that's when you're supposed to go into a maintanence phase and then try lowering your calories, even more, next time. Or you could do other things to raise your calories out, like taking a couple 10 minute walks everyday. Maybe an ECA stack could help, but good luck finding ephedrine.
