You're lifting too heavy for speedwork, unless that was the top weight at the end of your bands.
Doing proper work sets alone is going to help with your setup.
For hypertrophy, SSB with the handle jammed forward at the bottom and GHRs. 30-50 reps.

Do you have any intention of ever setting your back before a deadlift?
And this guy has a point. Speed reps are best done with bands or chains or some such set up that will cause the resistance of the bar to be lighter at the "bottom" of a rep (start of a deadlift, depth of a squat, etc), allowing you to use light enough weight that you can bust out of the hardest part of the lift nice and fast, while increasing the resistance as your leverages improve in order to continue driving hard. Believe me, you'll instinctively slow down something like a squat if you subconsciously know that the bar is going to be bouncing all over your back if you don't let up. Bands hold it there.
For deadlifts, something like that will let you lock out STRONK against a greater resistance, and you'll still be able to drive off the floor fast. SETTING YOUR BACK TIGHT will help.

How do I increase my bench? I've been lifting for exactly one year now, I'm at 130kg bench, but it hasn't moved in the last month. Throwing more volume at it hasn't helped. I'm already benching and pressing 3x a week and do tricep accessories and pin press sometimes.

Get them released. The tighter they are the worse you are at holding on to things. My underhand got so bad i could barely turn it enough to grab the bar and i was struggling to hold 5 plate, got it released and it was fine
