Broski you have a pretty solid chest already. If you can get to 270 for a 1RM, you're already strong. Try doing more work specifically aimed at the lower pecs, like dips.

I guarantee it will grow

adopt an internal focus. focus on the mind muscle connection. squeeze your pecs right now, HARD. that's what you should be doing to move the weight in the bench press. If you are pushing the weight with your arms and using all your might to move the weight, then your pecs are not doing most of the work. Drop it down to 1pl8 and practice moving the weight by simply contracting your pecs. Then slowly move up the weight. Probably wanna do about 8-15 reps, 5 sets, with 60 seconds of rest in between.

You unironically have decent chest development. Your higher body fat contributes to why you have poor separation between chest and torso. Will look joocy post cut

best bet is just doing more volume of chest heavy bench variations

DB press; incline, flat and decline.

Barbell is 100% absolute dogshit for muscle size growth.

Watch ben pakulski's tips on chest. Watch how he presses and do the same. Also, Arnold had the best chest in history and he did 2 things that people don't : really wide grip incline bench and pullovers perpendicular to the bench. Also he was big on dips

If you want tits you have to do dips, dumbbell flies, and dumbbell press to 10 reps for five sets.

I bench 190 and my chest looks better. Some of it is just genes i guess.
