I thought i'll learn to live with myself once i am not disgusted by my body.

Ego lifting gives you no gains. Focus form. 4-8 reps. Don't skip legs or you will have to go back and start at 135 squat when you 'get around to it'

eat 3 proteans a day

deep and true

get fucked

All of the “powerlifting” programs are for söyboy weaklings that can’t handle intensity and instead put 5 lbs on each lift every year to progress.

Diet is everything. I used to think if I can just burn an extra 500-600 calories per day, I could eat a bunch of french fries or a bigmac with no weight gain. And I was right for the first week or so, then my workouts got shorter and less intense and I was so tired that I started skipping workouts. Then I started gaining weight.

>Focus on core to improve other lifts.

>Start taking test sooner

>Having a body that matches the ideal will not give you as much confidence as you think

"you're still fat buddy lose more weight" whish i told that to myself sooner

If your back feels funny then don't finish

dick or get the fuck out

If you're skinny fat, eat at maintenance or a slight deficit until you start stalling on all of your lifts... then start a bulk. First bulk should be a solid 12 months. Every bulk after should be at least 8 months if you want noticeable progress.

So basically it wasn't that you couldn't eat trash and lose weight...it was that while you tried to eat trash and workout you didn't have the motivation to push yourself to workout as hard or frequent, to the point you gained weight from eating trash and barely or not working out at all. Not saying eating right doesn't help you feel less shitty when you try to work out, but this is purely a you lack motivation to deal with the repercussions of not forcing yourself to eat better thing versus actual advice.

"I ate whatever I want, put in the extra work in the gym to make up for it, and lost weight. I kept eating whatever I wanted, quit working out as hard, then eventually altogether, and gained weight, so it is the foods fault" the post

6 days a week >>>>>>> 3 days a week fullbody

1. Protein intake will cuck you regardless of calories
2. Calories will cuck you regardless of protein
3. Your mind will cuck you regardless of body

That's what I'm saying. You can definitely compensate the extra calories with more work but because you're eating shit food that has no nutrients besides calories, you're going to lose strength and motivation and in the long run your workouts will no longer be effective enough to cancel out the shitty calories from junk food.

gotta eat big to get big

6 days is always superior. if you put in the time you will succeed. especially while cutting.

Lifting is pretty gay

I will never get to where i want without roids. Lifting as a natty is a waste of time.

What's your routine look like?

Leg press, and cheat rows have given me plenty of gains. Hell even Ronnie did cheat rows and leg press

You will not get a really good body without roids.

You can never be big and lean as a natty.

> carbs dont make you fat keto is a meme
> heavy lifting dosent makes you build muscle is all about the pump
> abbs is the only muscle girls care about
> ottermode is genetics even if you cut you need to have the muscle insortion to look that aesthetic on low muscle mass
> dont forget the forearm isolation movements
> even if you do roids there are people who manage to look better then you natuarlley
its all about genetics
or die trying

Carbs will make you look pudgy because of water retention tho

true but you still need them to build.muscle
i indeed always do a 2 week mini cuts to reduce my bloat
any other tips anons for reducing water retention?

Eat in an 8 hour window

>4-8 reps

bitch the 10-12 rep range is just as good (maybe better) for hypertrophy if the movement is performed correctly

Bad diet

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

Just compensate and lower your water retention other ways

Everyone's body reacts differently to training and has different nutritional needs, so it takes time to hone those down.
Also: work the lift; not the weight.

you can lift heavy weights but you can't lift away solitude
