Mirin lifts at your bodyweight. I'm also small, only 150 (5'7" turbomanlet), and my lifts are much lower than yours, except for my deadlift. My deadlift has always been good for my bodyweight (375 at 150). Wishing you luck with the cut, I'm also going to have to shed a few pounds in season.
