Bulk u pussy. Not crazy dirty bulking, just a nice 500 kcal surplus, then lower it to 300 if you’re gaining too much fat. No matter what you do there is an inevitable bulk in your future. Might as well do it now

Mid to high teens. Losing 5-7 lbs of fat will make a big difference.

Change bench to incline, add way more shoulder volume and for the love of God start working out your back. You should be able to rep out at least 20 chin ups.

I’m the same height as you, roughly the same BF% (+2-3% maybe) and about 30lbs heavier. You should definitely lean bulk. I get a lot of compliments.

Solid, I do something similar. But I'd add weighted chins instead of lat pull downs and weighted dips for good measure. A dip belt is a great investment.

I just ate paleo, 1500 calories, did cardio, and lifted every day for about 6 months and that seemed to work ok

I'm at net 1500 calories and it feels like death. Cold hands and feet, no libido/soft erections, tired, insomnia. How'd you cope?

I’m working on getting my BF% down to single digits (prob around 190lbs) and then I’ll bulk back to 205 and try to maintain. I started pretty fat and have been deficit lifting for a year and a half.

200(ish) and lean is god-tier for our height.

Ok team, I need some advice. So I’m currently cutting (came off a dirty bulk and have been cutting for roughly 4 weeks)but I’m not sure how long I should keep cutting before bulking again. To be honest, I'm okay with being a framelet as long as I don't have wide hips and a small waist. For reference, my waist is 31" and I'm still at 15-20% body fat. If I hit 10% body fat and bulk up my shoulders and lats, my v-taper should be sick. Post your body?

I'm not a good judge of body fat percentage, but I'd personally cut until your pecs looks less like manboobs (no offense). Thankfully you seems to carry more fat in the chest area, less in the stomach area. Maybe 5-10 more pounds?

I'm still constantly thinking about food, even at 1800 cal/day + 300 cal/day cardio. I still just don't get how you did it. Good job though!
