Guess you gotta kill yourself, user

i doubt rerolling would help in this situation

Stop being a pussy user, it's the only way.

yeah thats good an all but how am i supposed to run/workout when i passout from high intensity, also i fucking hate eating sugary shit

I don't think your understand how blood sugar works. You don't have to consume cane sugar.
Eat plenty of fruits, beans, and whole grains.

It's mostly psychological; you're used to eating sugary shit so your body craves it. Eating literally anything, be it HFCS or actual fucking food you'll feel better, so just eat a carrot.

Then eat food, retard. What do you think your body turns food into?

Unless you're diabetic or a skinny DYEL, """low""" blood sugar is a meme. Your body is bitching from not getting what it did before and that goes away after a week or so. Eat some nuts and chill the fuck out.

not OP but i have hypoglycemia, it runs in the family due to some rare mineral or hormone deficiency or some shit. my mom called an ambulance once because she thought she was dying and they told her to go eat a cheeseburger and a shake basically.
just to clarify, we are not diabetic or fat

try water infused with electrolites. like propel kiwi strawberry is my favorite.

that or splenda my guy.

When people say low sugar they usually don't mean low carb or low sugar necessarily. They mean low refined sugar because things with it are shit-tier.

ok dude thats bullshit, this has been going on for atleast 5months

Ok so what you're saying is that even in your extreme case of non diabetic hypoglycemia, the advice of "just eat food" remains the same?

yes, that is why i cannot fast without at least having some broth

so what you are saying is that when i passed out for 4-10min on the floor outside my gym and felt like i was dying, that was psychological ?

lmao just eat a banana you absolute brainlet

Okay, so? In either case, you just eat food. Digestion turns food into glucose, which is what humans run on. Just eat food. You will never NEED to eat a confection or other sugary garbage.

Then you legit have something wrong with you and need to consult a doctor.

Oops. This was meant for

>doesn't include vital information in the OP

Nigger what the fuck, if you passed out why didn't you talk to the fucking doctor? Having sugar cravings is one thing, loss of consciousness is another, why would you come to a mongolian rock smacking forum with a problem this sever and why wouldn't you include this in the OP?

>pic related, it's you

i really really like this image

Still doesn't mean go eat cakes pies and candies. No one needs to eat sweets ever. You can eat a fruit for your problem.

i did, the doctor said "muh overtraining" and you have low blood sugar
but it eat normal food 3x a day, consists mostly of meat/chicken and vegetables but i still feel like im going to fucking die whenever i train in excess of 1hr or run for more then 10min at a time

how much do you weight? %bf? age? time training?

What's your training schedule and what does a "normal meal" consist of?

>bf
hard to estimate, i say between 22-24% (i only have visible fat deposits around waist)
>weight
i weigh 90kg/180cm height
>age
19
>time
ive been going to the gym for 2 years and only recently started experiancing nausea after intense trainning and after short time period sprinting/running

breafast: oats in the morning, usually with peanut butter and a cup of coffe or tea
lunch: coffee and a soup/sandwich
dinner: pork/chicken with rice and vegetables
also fit in a protein shake at some point (usually around dinner time)

Sounds like dismossive GP nonsense. Did he do blood tests? Send you to a specialist? Someone's blood sugar dropping so low they pass out from a little exertion would merit some investigation imo

i dont know to tell you if i excet little or not, im just unable to compare or contrast my work to others
but yes, i did get blood check - the GP said blood sugar and slightly above avg colestoral

You're not that overwieght, not enough you should drop like a man shot after a short run at least. Are you sure it's blood sugar not blood pressure? Its common to feel light headed/almost pass out at the top of deadlifts/squats if you go real hard.

Try loading up on calories in the morning/lunch and save the light meal for dinner after your workout. Not saying it'll solve your problem but it will shift your carb/calorie intake to before your workout. Just a guess from some internet person, but you're either pushing too hard or not eating enough at the right times.
