There's dozens of recipes out there, but mainly they all use some combination of: instant oats, milk, yogurt, frozen fruit, chocolate, nuts, nut butter, ice cream and/or protein powder if you want to shill out the extra moola for even more protein (that you probably wouldn't even need)
