I’m trying to go from 15% to 9% and it’s discouraging as fuck. It takes upwards of a month to shed a pound of body fat once your already relatively low if you’re coming from being fat. When I started, I could drop 10lbs in a month with little effort. It sucks but you have to keep pushing if you want it.
Bodyfat% is irrelevant for anyone not competitively bodybuilding anyway since everyone who isn't competing seriously has different (and almost always inaccurate) ways of measuring it.

I unironically have sodium deficiency from my every day diet and sometimes load up on salt, so that I have like 15 grams or even 20 g in one day.
I usually notice that my sweat tastes like water and then I know I should have more salt

The studies on this are p conclusive, if you don't have an underlying high blood pressure condition taking in a bit more does nothing. Taking less than 3 a day is a big risk factor for everyone though.

Fat fucks stall out before they actually make it to truely skinny, it becomes just as difficult for them as it does for anyone else eventually, obviously the fatter you are the more calories are required to maintain that mass so even eating a 2500cal a day can see fatties drop shit tonnes of weight quickly, but eventually when they get low enough it will be just as difficult to lose the last 10 -20lb as anyone else, as your BMR lowers due to your new lower weiht it becomes harder and harder to create and sustain a deficit to see meaningfull weightloss in the short term. The best way to drop it quick is going to be fasting, doesnt have to be prolonged, you could do 1 day fast, 1 day maintain, 1 day fast etc. That way you guarantee by the end of the week youll have a steady 2lb+ loss.

Have you tried keto? I lost 20 pounds without doing shit when I was injured and out of commission for a couple weeks. It was right when I wanted to start cutting but I didn't want to fast and I was moping and not doing what exercises I could do in the mean time even. I hardly lost any strength too.
