I meant that you shouldn't run with a bad posture given by 100 pushups, 100 situps and 100 squats.

how pushups, situps and squats can give you bad posture?

There are videos on youtube of people that tried this. Basically they started fucking themselves up. Every Jow Forums person, especially if they include running in their regiment should observe rest days. If not your body will start to break down.

Perhaps running should come first, then squats and pushups, then stretching. Situps are just godawful. Some back work should be there instead.

situps are not good i know, I do myself leg raises.

I'm a fan of leg raises, planks and russian twists.

Rtwists strain your spine too much. Hammer planks work ur deep core and obliques better without the risk of critical injury.
If ur gonna do ruskies atleast do not use weights.

I'm not the user that said situps are godawful though I'm not a fan. I do russian twist variations just to add more definition on core off days.

I did this and I lost fat and muscle and my running time got worse. Absolute waste of time.

Of course it does. Other things that much more effective though, like lifting.

it's great for cutting. but i switch 100 sit ups with plank (3+ minutes).

100 pushups if through the day is easy, even my grandmother could do it
