If you cant feel a hard marble sized lump under the nipple then it's not gyno. Surgery is the only cure for gyno. Messing with it does acctually make it worse.

What does gyno soreness feel like? Doc was a bro and noted that my gyno was causing pain so insurance would cover it and he referred me to a plastic surgeon, but I'm worried the surgeon will ask me what I'm feeling and realize I'm not in pain

that's kinda weird because my surgeon asked if I had pain associated with it, I said no and insurance still approved.

I'd say be sure the surgeon knows your expectations though. I wanted a lot more reduction than I got. He left a contour ledge at the bottom like in the picture, I wanted it flat. Still feel embarrassed about my chest. Some surgeons will make it flat, others think it's aesthetic to make a contour.

The contour would be fine if it was made with muscle, but this is made with the mammary gland and fat. So anyway just be sure the surgeon knows what he's doing.
