What the fuck is the point? 6 years of lifting for fucking nothing all to look like a fucking block.
For all you new lifters, if you have a fridge/blocky body don’t fucking get your hopes up to ever look aesthetic. The only way to look aesthetic is to be born with the genetics that give you a very narrow frame.

I am 5’7 and have veins on my abs and my waist is still 34 fucking inches. I literally have zero subcutaneous fat on my hips now.
For me to look at all aesthetic I need a 28 inch waist at my height at the very most.
A 34 inch waist at my level of bodyfat is a fucking cruel joke. My brother is 6’2 and his waist similar to mine and he is around 18-20% bodyfat.

That said, same tbqh, 33in waist even at single digit bodyfat. I have accepted the fridge life, and now my goal is simply to become as big as I can. Fuck aesthetics, I want normies to change side of the street and kids or small animals to instinctively run in fear.

Manlet waist size, with Lanklet height. It creates the optimal aesthetics. Tiny ass waists, coupled with a tall body, build some muscle on that, and bam, you have a super aesthetic million dollar body.
