For all you new lifters, if you have a fridge/blocky body don’t fucking get your hopes up to ever look aesthetic. The only way to look aesthetic is to be born with the genetics that give you a very narrow frame.

I am 5’7 and have veins on my abs and my waist is still 34 fucking inches. I literally have zero subcutaneous fat on my hips now.

For me to look at all aesthetic I need a 28 inch waist at my height at the very most.
