Not enough.

That's only 6 hours a week! That's only 3.6% of your life dude! What the fuck are you doing!

Well, how much more should I train. When are my muscles going to rest?

I do 1h/3d per week and im buff af

I think that was a joke

I don't train more because I'm afraid of overtraining. In those 3 days I do full body.

This

Can anyone provide a real answer to OP pls?

I do pretty much the same thing, man. I think we're fine.

I spend 2 hours per session despite doing 2 exercises. I hate that I'm so fucking slow.

45-60 minutes per day exercise = 52.5*7/60 = 6.1 Hours

You're perfect OP. Don't let these gymcels tell you otherwise

I have 10 exercises in 2 hours. How are you so slow? What do you do?

An actual fitness related post on a fitness board and no one answears.

Warm up on bike, find the plates, set up the rack, type in shit on my phone, rest times. But I'm gonna stop warming up on a bike, I don't think it's necessary.

I don't warm up on a bike, I do 2-3 warm-up sets before my main sets.

I do 10 minutes bike plus the warmup sets shown in the SS app, sometimes slightly modified. But I'm gonna stop the bike, but that's only going to make a small difference anyway in terms of how long it takes.

No, its not too much, i do an hour and some change of high intensity weight training, (sprints for heart rate boost but no real cardio) 5 days a week. Ive gained twenty pounds in 90 days. No bullshit. Spread it out a little more and workout harder

Implying anyone lifts here.

>implying I lift anything else besides my phone
