he's on r9k. it's a pretty safe assumption. also, i've been there. used to sleep ten hours a night and still feel tired
i am very depressed, but it never had anything to do with my energy levels. the closest thing to that was chest pains due to stress.

your mind tries to avoid things it finds unpleasant. when you find literally everything unpleasant it's only recourse is to attempt to sleep as much as possible and not engage with the world
