Help me make a routine with these

Made a thread a few days ago but I found precisely the exercices I want incorporated in my routine.
So I want to train 3 times a week but I want to train strength, cardio and explosiveness.
For strength I want to do the big three and pull-ups.
For the rest, anything from these videos but if I do everything, it would be way too much. I also don't know how should I lift and rest (how many sets and the rest time between them)

Just do starting strength and add pull-ups and the other shit you want to do at the end.

This and add HIIT/LISS on days you don't lift

The thing is I can't go to the gym more than 3 times a week so I'd prefer if I do everything in one session.
And I'd want to know wich exercises I should keep so I don't end up working out for 2 hours.

Screw med balls. Just add your kettlebells as an accsesory, i actually do that with greyskull. Book pdf is available online, that image is just part of the program, you do frequency method pushups etc online.

Most beginner programs are full body 3x a week with sessions lasting at most an hour and a half (that includes fucking around, the trip back and forth, and taking preworkout shits if that's a thing for you)
The only issue with SS is user error, you should be adding accessories after the first few weeks so you're not just doing 3-4 exercises every workout

Well the thing is that I'm not searching for any 3x/week program. I was searching for one that'd help me also train cardio and explosiveness. Couldn't find any so I want to take several programs for each things and mix them together.
The queston is: Is it good to do that and how can I mix all this shit to make a routine that'll correspond me.
