nosalt is a brand, go look at the salt section for potassium chloride. also look into mixes, the best i could get was a 1:2 mix of NaCl : KCl) since I found no pure form in my local supermarket. works well

Are you talking OMAD? There might be some benefit. If I remember right that's basically the premise behind the leangains method. one meal slight caloric surplus eaten right after your workout to maximize the calories spent on muscle growth and minimize the calories partitioned as fat.

Do you guys eat at a caloric deficit when refeeding or do you eat somewhere closer to your TDEE? I've always eaten at either a ~1,000 or ~1,300 caloric deficit on refeeds, but I read some people say that's a sign of an eating disorder or sumthn I have taken epsom salt to shit faster, but that's because I shit like 2 days after I eat when fasting, and I've only done it 3 times over 2 months and easily over 20 fasts.

This is so fucking addicting. ~36 hours in and the water weight is gone, I haven't had depressive thoughts, and I can ALREADY see definition in my back. Usually broscience has some grain of truth buried under a pound of bullshit, like 'cardio kills gains.' Yeah you can interpret it like that but it's much more complicated

I posted in the previous thread. my bench went up significantly when I went back to my normal diet and normal lifting routine after doing the 7 day all body workout while fasted. it was crazy. I just kept adding more and more weight. I ended up adding 10kg more to my bench. and I managed to punch out 2 reps because the first one was too easy. highly recommend doing the all body workout. his video is on YouTube. Cole also did a live stream of himself at the gym on facebook where he goes into much more detail. but that video is gone. can't find it anywhere.

12 hours post-refeed after 9 day fast, 181.0 lbs. Surprisingly didn't gain too much water weight immediately despite feeling completely full and bloated after finally getting food in my system. First had some plain homemade chicken stock to see how my body would react. Holy shit it felt like the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in the world. Over the course of a small eating window I had a few more cups of that along with leftover chicken meat used to make the stock. Want to have a high as fuck protein intake first thing. Also had some coconut water and dried fruit.
After that first bowl of stock I felt like I was high or something, completely euphoric, fedora and all. I was able to get in approx 1750kcal/220g of protein during the feeding window. Even with such low food intake, I imagine this is what a heroin addict feels like when he shoots up. I was just laying there in a food coma for some time.
Now I plan on doing IF at maintenance for about a week while returning to my normal 3x/week routine. I've taken today off so it's just gonna be liftan, cookan, and eatan.
Coffee and tea break fast, they may have barely any kcal but are metabolically active.
Just stop being a drug addict while fasting.
