1 hour commute, each way

How do you find time to work out as an adult?

What are weekends?
Let's say you sleep a whole 8 hours and it takes you an hour to get ready for work/bed that's still 4 hours you have everyday for yourself.

I'm a freelance programmer working mostly from home so I have lot of spare time. Also I live in a center of a bigish city so errands and stuff like that don't take much time. Everything is just around the corner.

I was like you once.
Here's what I did.
>Stopped making excuses
>Made time for the gym
>Moved closer to work
>Dump my fat lazy gf who kept bitching about me going to the gym
>Got rid of my fat loser friends
>Made new fit friends
>Got a new fit girlfriend
>Realized that fitness itself was relaxing to me
So yea quit being a faggot basically. The

Basically OP is saying he doesn't want to work out. If he did then he'd find the time for it.

>move closer to work
>dump gf

Any advice that doesn't require major life changes?

Sometimes success requires major life changes

You don't need a big place or lots of stuff or even a car if you're single and live in a city with decent public transit.

>Own a townhouse or condo that's close to the subway line and within walking distance to a grocery store
>15 min ride to work
>Go to the gym during lunch hour or before/after work
>Pick up groceries on the way home
>Eat a home cooked meal every night
>Have a bicycle and use uber/cabs if you really need a car
>High income job from living in the city
>Never have to deal with the stress and high cost of driving, car maintenance, insurance, etc.
>Uber tinder thots back and forth to your place
>Use spare money to invest and travel
>Retire early to some third world place like costa rica or thailand
>Relax on the beach and fuck teenagers at $20 a pop for the rest of your life

I wake up at 5 and do a hour long workout every two days, doing paperwork the other days
I think it's more a matter of habit than anything

>not just working weekend shift at a warehouse for 12 hours
>not having 4 days off to do as you please
shiggy diggy

i commuted for 4 hours roundtrip during college. Still managed to hold a job and go to the gym. If a fucking virgin autist like me can do it so can you.

how to make fit friends?

give some brojobs around the gym

>1 hour commute, each way
Drive faster
>8 hours work
Start your own business
>have to find time for food, hygiene, errands/life maintenance, gf
Your gf seems useless if she's not doing that for you
>barely any time to relax
Pull the tampon out of your vagina first

>1 hour commute, each way
I can't imagine life like this. I get under average pay where I work, but the convenience of having a job 7 minutes away from home outweighs possible better paying job with a longer commute, most definitely. Only with a very significant pay increase would I think about switching.

Stop being a lazy fuck

>be me
>12 hour school days
>takes me an hour and a half each way to get to school
>still work out before class

wake up really early

What a trash comparison. He is talking about his job, which is potentially permanent situation, something that won’t change - unlike being in school.
He wants to know what others did in his situation, what decisions they made in order to improve it and how they liked the results.
Any amount of basic empathy would tell you that.

>have gym at work
>go lift around 9am
>call it my lunch break
>shower up and head back to work

>teach at a uni
>20 min bus drive
>only teach Mondays and Fridays, 3 hours each day
>other days just random correcting and preparing
>still make 2k €

life's good

Life goal for sure
Want to get good enough as software dev so I can work part time

Lift in the car

Suck it up you massive faggot

Man the fuck up
I've pulled multiple 70-80hr weeks, while cooking my own food, hitting the power rack in the garage 5x/week for over an hour, and still managing at least an hour each day of relaxing personal time

Gee golly a whole hour! FUCK our current existence where 1 hr of personal time a day is something to hold on to.
