Last time I was lifting, I hit a wall at 50lbs and messed up my rotation cups. So, when 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets is your max and then your shoulder starts popping, muscle slipping out of place and hurting, how do you get stronger? I had to quit lifting for like 6 months and I can still lift 50Lbs but like, 2 reps x1 set lol.
I eat way protein and follow the diets and use caffeine as my pre workout. Thanks.
Your pushing yourself too hard if you're fucking up your rotator cuffs with fairly light weight.
Calm disiplined good rep. Every rep.

Cut out the caffeine maybe? I have no evidence of this, but it seems to me getting all hyped and lifting are a bad idea. You might end up doing what you did. Feeling like you could handle something that ultimately injured you.

>retracted scapula >controlled descent >elbows roughly 45 degrees from body >eat more >dumbbell bench sometimes to correct imbalance >eat more >lower volume to 3x5 >eat more >eat more
I can't squat 100 lbs. for 5. The fuck is wrong with me

On the other hand I do a lot of pulls ups on my back porch while I get drunk without any issues, so whatever, don’t listen to me.

my bad i read breach as bench
why do you give a shit about curls? heavy rows, weighted pull ups, etc will build biceps

Google "shoulder impingement" rehab your shoulder. Focus on strengthing your rear delts, mobility, and lower weight unilateral lifts and really focus on form controlling the eccentric
Sebastian Collins
maybe use good form next time and not swing the weights like a retard
I don’t think he said he was curling. Oh, I get it, because of the frog picture, you thought that the cartoon frog was asking you a question.

I mean, all I have is dumb bells.

that's what someone else told me but I'm tired of being a scrawny weakling. I want to lift more and more. I used to have trouble lifting 10Lbs!! after reaching 50 I feel like superman. I want more of this lol
William Gomez
Given that OP didn't even mention an exercise in the post, it's not far off to assume OP was talking about curling.
Aaron Young
make sure you eat enough and get enough rest.
if you still can't progress, de-load and/or re-evaluate your program

That's good advice, I hadn't thought about that. Thanks! I'll give it a shot. Too much caffeine gives me anxiety anyway, it's about time I cut it out. I do all of that except eat more, so I'll try that I curl 50Lbs, why is that bad?
I do curl, is that wrong? Everyone on Youtube does it.
