post body faggot this is a great warm up exercise

you're favorite exercise

Literally great for injury prevention.

That’s a great workout. Op is a fagit curl bro.

But that's an extension, not a hyperextension. A hyperextension would be beyond 45 degrees

Deadlifts.

Fuckin lol'd

10/10 if troll
7/10 if copypasta

but my shoulders hurt when i do RDL :((

Warm up is only done by cowards

hyperextensions are literally a worse form of dead-lifts. They work less muscles with less tension.

You will progress faster with the a deadlift.

Also I am gonna be done with 7x5 DL in 30 minutes, while you have to do like 60 reps every set because hyper-extensions cap out at 2 plates ( or 2 plates + a weight vest if you want to be a total faggot)

prove me wrong

I would do this but I'm /homegym/ and don't have access to a back hyperextension station. So instead I substitute with RDLs

Behind the neck is just garbage.

Literally every olympic weightlifter does hyper-extensions

i think i may have actually injured my back doing hypers somehow

I didn't know Pete rubish was a DYEL

>follows a guy literally named Rubbish
lmao never gonna make it, faggot.

I use 3 45lb plates.

Sit-ups

I can't. Behind the neck exercises are at best zero impact and at worst right out dangerous.

only pajeets and women do it

You're supposed to keep your back straight and hinge at the hips when you do these.

Have you ever done these? They're extremely underrated.

Thinking about including these.

Can I use two dumbbells?

.t dyel npc

yeah idk man i've been deadlifting for years and i know how to hip hinge, no idea why but they flared up my back

No

After doing this with a 45 plate on my chest plus deadlifts on lower days, i started to feel something odd on my lower back.
Stopped the back extension for 2 weeks, lower back started to feel normal again, even after heavy deadlift days

Underrated if you want spine and back problems in 5 years

copelifts

excellent bait, congrats OP

Great for lordosis, fixed my lower back and I'm pain free for 3 months now. Right now I'll do it at the end of both leg and back days.

>Chest day, Arm Day, Leg Day, Back Day, Shoulder Day
>Heavy Barbell Curls
>Front Raises
>Upright rows

>deadlifts
>not involved with lats upper back biceps abs forearms calves
desu

this. even Klokov recommends this as a warmup faggot. It's also on the Texas Method fucktard OP.

>biceps and calves
You've pretty much outed yourself as a dyel. If you out of way your way to involve biceps in deads you're a fucking retard. And deads will absolutely not grow calves lmao.

enjoy no upper back gains LOL

...

>He doesn't want lower back gains
>He doesn't deadlift
Enjoy never having perfect form and stature

when the fuck was I talking about not doing deadlifts. Learn to read you absolute retard.

Really short arms or just manlet? Probably manlet, I assume you don't have the leverage to feel anything from this exercise

Absolute god tier

>7x5 deads
doing that much volume with sraight weight set deads in that short a time means you're literally doing pussy weight.
>what is a barbell
You know you can do hypers with a barbell like Pete Rubish does right? Brainlet lol

It balances out so it doesn't work as well

people who do oblique work are fucking retarded and clear cut DYELs.

Ths is an excersise Dyels would never do in fear of looking weird
